Since 1984, people from all over the west have experienced this one-of-a-kind
living history festival with re-enactments, demonstrations, and
participation. All of the groups
that are a part of the Carson City Rendezvous take great pride in the accuracy
and authenticity of their presentations.
The Carson City Rendezvous is and always has been a leader in historical
tourism events, drawing approximately 30,000 people who patronize local
businesses and use services and entertainment in our area. The Rendezvous has
been nominated
one of the top one hundred events in the United States
by the
Nevada Commission on Tourism.
Our event program, the Passport to the Past, is available FREE to all Rendezvous attendees.
As you travel around the Rendezvous, get your Passport stamped at marked
locations. If you get all the stamps, you can get a
FREE gift at our Mercantile Store in the Food Court. These gifts include
sponsor promotional items. Pens, hats,
t-shirts, mugs or anything with your name on it can be part of this year’s
“Passport” gift program. The “Passport” encourages traffic and is also a
keepsake memento because of the colorful stamps and the page dedicated to
autographs of the stars at Saturday’s special performance. Your message is
viewed not just at the event, but goes home with each attendee.
In addition, sponsors with a booth at Rendezvous will have an opportunity to
stamp “Passports”, bringing the public into direct contact with your business.
We will work with you to customize a sponsorship program tailored
specifically for your company. Sponsorships run from $100 to $2,500 with something for every budget. Click below to view or download a sponsor information packet
